How It Works

We wish we had a long complicated manual for you to read, but pinTraxx is so simple and easy to use, you will be on your way to maximizing profits in 5 easy steps.

STEP 1

Before sending your data file to the printer log into your pinTraxx system.

STEP 2

Once logged in you will need to click on the Add Mail Drop link.

STEP 3

Fill out the short form and upload your data file into your pinTraxx system.  Click on reports to verify that your mail drop has been successfully added.

STEP 4

Once your data has been imported to pinTraxx , you will receive an email with your data file containing unique pin codes for each recipient, that should be printed on your mailer.

STEP 5

Send your data file to your printer and make sure they know to print your assigned 800# and the unique pin code for each customer on your mailing list.
